The event begins at 7:30 P.M with a welcome cocktail, followed by dinner at 8:30 p.m. and a New Year's toast at midnight. This will be followed by fireworks, a surprise performance, a DJ, an open bar, and a special supper at 2:00 a.m.
The tasting menu, carefully prepared by Chef Rui Filipe, will surprise you, along with the wines and champagnes chosen by the Palatial Sommeliers team, for a complete gastronomic pairing experience.
